Become a WOFFF Angel
Support women over 50 on both sides of the camera.
Right now, stories by and about older women are still underrepresented in film. At the Women Over 50 Film Festival, we’re changing that, but we can’t do it without you.
By donating just £25, you’ll become a WOFFF Angel – part of a growing community helping us fly higher in our 11th year.
What your £25 supports
WOFFF is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company.
We don’t have shareholders or big backers. We are a small team of two and we rely on people who believe in what we do.
Your support helps us:
-
Screen powerful short films from around the world
-
Provide a platform for older women filmmakers
-
Keep events accessible to a wide and diverse audience
-
Challenge ageism and sexism in cinema
The best way to donate is via our Go Fund Me page.
Or if you’d rather not donate online, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.
What you’ll receive as a WOFFF Angel:
-
Your name in the WOFFF25 trailer credits, festival programme, and on the WOFFF website
-
A social media thank you celebrating your support
-
An optional discount on WOFFF passes
-
A thank you from our founder, plus a few lovely surprises throughout the year from our team and our Matron.
After you’ve made your donation, make sure you tick the box to let us contact you, then we’ll be in touch to arrange your Angel treats. If you’re having difficulties or would rather donate directly to us, pop us an email at info@wofff.co.uk.
How to join
You can become an Angel in one of two ways:
-
Get in touch with us for our bank details on info@wofff.co.uk
-
Or donate via our GoFundMe page, after donating, please tick the box to let us contact you, we’ll then be in touch to arrange your Angel perks.
